To ensure uniform and faster cooking an inner layer of food safe AISI 304 grade stainless steel sandwiches a layer of high quality virgin aluminium. The base is a layer of AISI 430 grade magnetic stainless steel makes the cookware induction compatible.
The Turin set comes with rivited handles that are designed to provide maximum durability and comfort. The tempered glass lids with steam vent facilitate faster cooking and easy monitoring during the cooking process.
