Vinod Platinum triply stainless steel series is made up with SAS technology, which is a triple layer construction of stainless steel, aluminium and stainless steel.
Our Platinum SAS pro range sports the additional benefit of a toxin free, uniquely designed non-stick coating for a healthy and seamless cooking experience.
The inner layer is made up of food safe AISI 304 stainless steel, which is hygienic stainless steel and rust free.The middle layer is consists of aluminium throughout, this ensures in even heat distribution and uniform cooking of food. The third layer is made of AISI 430 stainless steel for induction compatibility.
The kadai can be used for sauteing, deep frying, and for preparing curries and gravies.
