Returns
- Returns are accepted only in case of Manufacturing Defects, Shipping Damages or Wrong Product Received
- If you require to return or exchange an item you may contact us with your request at customercare@vinodcookware.com
- We require you to produce/attach the original purchase invoice and a minimum of two photographs of the product at the time of placing a return/exchange request.In case of shipping damage or wrong product received an unboxing video is mandatory to process an return/exchange request.
- We only accept returns/exchanges, if the item is purchased directly from our website www.vinodcookware.com or showroom
- Return/exchange of product if bought from any other website/dealer will be subject to the return policy of the respective website/dealer
- The product should be returned to us within 7 days from delivery
- We will send you a new replacement as soon as we receive the returned product with packaging intact including accompanying documentation*
Cancellation
Before Shipping :If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have yet to be shipped, you can place a cancel request by writing to our customer support team at customercare@vinodcookware.com
Post Shipping :Orders already shipped cannot be canceled at source, to know more please get in touch with our Customer Support team at customercare@vinodcookware.com
Please ensure safe packing as we cannot offer refunds on items that are damaged from return shipping. Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition and post our examination the refund will be processed within 7 – 10 business days
Cancellation/shipping charges may be applicable.
Refund
- Refunds will equal the price you paid for the product on purchase
- Return refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days
- The User will be required to produce a copy of the original invoice at the time of placing a request for return or exchange of Products.
- Shipping cost refunds are only applicable on products with a manufacturing defect
- Vinod Cookware reserves the right to alter and enforce this Return Policy at any time without serving prior notice
