Save with Sets
This pan cooks at lower heat settings than my previous pans required. You have to use sufficient oil, and let the pan and then the oil heat up before adding food. The food sticks at first, but loosens after it has become hot enough. I believe that is normal for stainless steel.
I have been using it for eight months and am well satisfied with it.

It's really good for Stir fry - Chinese or indian. After heating it a bit pour some oil and fry, doesn't stick or burn food. The base is quite thick and easy to clean. I got it from a local shop in lieu of return/ exchange of another item.

Have been using this pan non-stop ever since I got it. Its such a handy size, especially for smaller portions but also manages to accommodate larger portions due to its higher sides. It has a shiny mirror-like finish and has stood up well to washing. Comes with a glass lid too, which is handy.

This is an excellent pan if you know how to use stainless steel. I have seen many reviews stating that it sticks. However, if you heat it up first, turn it down, add the oil and give it 10 seconds before adding the food there is no problem at all. I think many of the bad reviews of such pans are by people who are used to Teflon non-stick pans and don't know how to use stainless steel.

Like other Vinod's product this one is Very good. One star missed due to
1. Handle is bit light/weaker compared to weight of the product. its not matching overall high quality of the pan.
2. It is having incapsulated AL inside, which is not mentioned in the description.
The surface is thick which me and my Mom was looking. Absolutely amazing pan.
I recently had to send back the same product since there was some thick scratches inside the pan. I have received the replacement and it is good this time.
