Vinod Platinum triply stainless steel series is made up with SAS technology, which is a triple layer construction of stainless steel, aluminium and stainless steel.
The inner layer is made up of AISI 304 grade stainless steel, which is hygienic stainless steel and rust free. The middle layer consists of aluminium throughout the cookware, this ensures even heat distribution and uniform cooking of food.
The third layer is made of AISI 430 magnetic stainless steel for induction compatibility. The triply stainless steel wok is ideal for making fried rice, noodles or anything that requires good amount of stir frying or tossing. It is also ideal for sauteing and stewing chunks of vegetables, meat and so on.
It is compatible across all heating platforms like gas, induction, ceramic, infrared and hotplate. This wok comes with sturdy riveted stainless steel handle easy for tossing. Popular for Home kitchen and restaurants. The handles are designed to stay cool on the stovetop, so you can easily remove the pan from the burner without using potholders.
