  1. In a pressure cooker, boil the rajma beans with some onion, water, and salt. Once boiled, drain the access water and allow it to cool down.
  2. In a mixer, make a smooth paste of tomatoes, garlic, and chilies. Set it aside.
  3. Heat some oil in a pan or a wok on medium flame. Pour the tomato paste and stir continuously till you see oil releasing from the sides.
  4. Now add the bean mixture, mix it well, and allow it to cook on a slow flame for some time.
  5. Add the cooked rice and the remaining vegetables – capsicum, corn, spring onions, and some chili flakes. Mix everything well and let it cook on a slow flame for about 5 mins more.
  6. Add salt to taste, and serve with some grated cheese.
